An Ocean Hammock home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of May 28 to June 3. Constantino Arceo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S. to Foxworth Properties LLC for $900,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 4,185 square feet of living area.

Artesia
Randall Gerald Sellers, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 14 Sanchez Ave. to Priscilla Landrum Reed and Howard Reed III, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,260 square feet of living area.
 

Bella Harbor
Harbor Downe LLC sold the condo at 100 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 108, to Norton Richard Kimmel II, of Palm Coast, for $118,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area.
 

Cinnamon Beach
Pensco Trust Company sold the condo at 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 442, to Tim and Christine Strickland, of Lakeland, for $395,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area.

Michael and Susan Cronin, of Manlius, New York, sold the condo at 600 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 563, to Patricia Race, of Pittsburgh, for $345,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $845,000.
 

Grand Haven
Jay and Karin Weisz, of Jupiter, sold the home at 19 Shinnecock Drive to Karl and Joyce Holzinger, of Palm Coast, for $362,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,311 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $439,000.
Kathleen Miceli-Schroeder, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 32 Shinnecock Drive to Christopher and Sandra Young, of Bristol, Connecticut, for $214,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,594 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $156,900.
Harrison and Cathleen McDonald, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Shinnecock Court to Francis and Katherine Cosgrove, of Palm Coast, for $272,250. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,440 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $215,000.

Hammock at Palm Harbor LLC sold the condo at 200 Cedar Cove, Unit 207, to Paula Holmes, of Jersey City, New Jersey, for $389,900. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,501 square feet of living area.
 

Hammock Beach Villas
Amir Javadi and Vida Peters, of McLean, Virginia, sold the condo at 95 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 512, to Alfredo and Maria Julian, of Davie, for $240,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $295,000.

Janice Henson, of East Greenvile, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 7 San Pedro Court to Bonnie Ballinger, of Palm Coast, for $182,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,571 square feet of living area.
 

Lehigh Woods
Harry and Vickie Eich, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, sold the home at 90 Rolling Sands Drive to Frank Pritchard Berman and Eneida Maria Silva, of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, for $140,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet of living area.
Emily Geroe, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Royal Tern Lane to Joan Eisen and Yakov Shvartszayd, of Cresskill, New Jersey, for $125,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,920 square feet of living area.
Bank of America sold the home at 13 Rylin Lane to Thomas and Esme Giebmanns, of Dunn, for $116,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,432 square feet of living area.
Gordon and Paula Butterfield, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Ryecliffe Drive to Jose and Gloria Vasquez, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,735 square feet of living area.
Seagate Homes LLS sold the home at 71 Ryberry Drive to Jerome and Miguelina Richards, of South Ozone Park, New York, for $193,900. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two bath and 2,420 square feet of living area.
Joseph and Barbara Kryza, of Landenburg, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 73 Royal Oak Drive to Dennis and Lois Talbot, of Palm Coast, for $137,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,566 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $109,000.
James Reilly of Elkton, sold the home at 28 Roxboro Drive to Cindy and David Zierk, of Palm Coast, for $163,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,693 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 68 Rolling Fern Drive to Willie Morrow Jr. and Kimberly Morrow, of Palm Coast, for $174,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,973 square feet of living area.
William Graff, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Radcliffe Drive to Jan and Jadwiga Zanio, of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,319 square feet of living area.

Larry and Rhonda Sells, of Grandview, Indiana, sold the home at 223 Pine Grove Drive to William and Nancy Foran, of Jonesborough, Tennessee, for $105,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two bath and 1,301 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $73,000.
Kerry Jacobsen and Stephen Gabrilove, trustees of the 7 Pilgrim Drive Trust, sold the home at 7 Pilgrim Drive to Luis Callazo Jr. and Martha Collazo, of Palm Coast, for $156,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,240 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $118,600.

Bank of New York sold the home at 10 Wagon Wheel Place to Robert Ratajczak, of Palm Coast, for $140,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,806 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $120,100.
Doris Cooper, of O’Fallon, Missouri, sold the home at 339 Wellington Drive to Peter and Wanda Zuke, of Palm Coast, for $206,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,051 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $175,000.
Jeanne Lavelle and Mary Walsh, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold the home at 50 Westcliffe Lane to Stay Webb, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths a pool and 2,088 square feet of living area.
Bank of New York sold the home at 63 Westrobin Lane to Jeffrey and Allison Panek, of Waterloo, New York, for $104,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area.
Michael and Susan Hembury, of Montgomery, New York, sold the home at 69 White Star Drive to Adiela Vergara, of Fresh Meadows, New York, for $91,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,220 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $104,000.
Ronald Adams III and Cheryl Adams, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Woodfalon Place to Samuel Duda and Marie Duda, of Coconut Creek, for $134,500. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,412 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $57,500.
Otto Medeck Jr. and Amelia Medeck, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 38 Woodlawn Drive to Chelsey Wiger, of Cumming, Georgia, for $247,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,014 square feet of living area.
Gloria Evangeline Green, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 135 Wynnfield Drive to Tull and Jeanne Brown, of Palm Coast, for $118,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet of living area.
Helen Diaz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 31 Westchester Lane to Wayne Bishop and Alene Lawman, of Palm Coast, for $236,500. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,754 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 99 Wentworth Lane to Victor and Alba Roman, of Brook Park, Ohio, for $170,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,172 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $241,200.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 3 Zelda Court to Albert Shuler, of Palm Coast, for $129,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,563 square feet of living area.
Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 7 Zoffer Court Trust, sold the home at 7 Zoffer Court to Jennifer Lyn Hogg, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,373 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $55,000.
 

Seminole Woods
Judith and Charles Cipriani, of Brooksville, sold the home at 10 Universal Trail to Patrick McVinney, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,013 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $146,000.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 60 Universal Trail to Stephanie and Alexander Kreymer, of Weston, for $200,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,732 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 5 Seaside Court to Daniel and Michelle Lockeby, of Palm Coast, for $119,501. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet of living area.

Tommy and Nancy Lee, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 14 Old Oak Drive S. to Thomas and Suzanne Scruggs, of Palm Coast, for $745,000. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, a boat dock, lift and house and 4,018 square feet of living area.
