An Ocean Hammock home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of June 4-10. Paul Spencer Sheikewitz and Lynn Ann Christopher, of Laguna Niguel, California, sold the home at 22 Oak View Circle to Rory and Gayle Burke, of Broomfield, Colorado, for $675,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,766 square feet of living area.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 801 Fourth St. to Steve Thomas, of Palm Coast, for $55,650. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,479 square feet of living area.

Canopy Walk RWT LLC sold the condo at 300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 325, to James and Annita Chiariello, of Montrose, Pennsylvania, for $259,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Emmett Evan Brunson sold the home at 35 Eagle Harbor Trail to Bilge and Michael Wadman, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,187 square feet of living area.
Kenneth Powell Jr. and Amy Powell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Eastgate Lane to Iouri Metelkine, of Staten Island, New York, for $226,000. Built in 2006, it has fouor bedrooms, two baths and 2,425 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $255,000.
Bounmy and Thyra Top Alounevong, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Essington Lane to Gerard and Frieda Muriello, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,132 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $147,000.

John and Kathleen Polizzi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 Blue Oak Lane to John Donovan Upchurch and Erika Marie Upchurch, of Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina, for $535,000. Patricia Lynn Moxley, individually and as representative of the Estate of Carol Patrica Stanford, of Sebastian, and Pamela Ann Adams, of Tallahassee, sold the home at 178 Bayside Drive to Gianpaolo Battaglia and Solange Cabral Fernandez, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 8 Bishop Lane to William Raymond Heffern, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,957 square feet of living area.

Mary Johnston, of Au Gres, Michigan, sold the home at 2 Avalon Terrace to Sharon and John Wallace II, of Acworth, Georgia, for $237,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,722 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $220,000.

Woodlands
Fannie Mae sold the home at 45 Black Bear Lane to Robert J. Hurta, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, for $70,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,158 square feet of living area.
Nationstae Mortgage LLC sold the home at 23 Blakeport Lane to Rentwell Investments LLC for $68,250. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,263 square feet of living area.
