A home in the Tomoka Oaks subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 1-8, in Ormond Beach. Virenda Nyberg, of Ormond Beach, sold 302 River Bluff Drive to Eric Sanderson and Liem Phan, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,630 square feet of living area. The lot sold in 1984 for $38,000.

Evelyn Lynn, of Ormond Beach, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave. No. 405 to Harriet Sager, with Elizabeth and Patrick Thoraton, of Decatur, Ga., for $250,000. Built in 1982, the fourth-floor condominium has two beds, two baths and 1,590 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $255,000.
Joseph Gruber, with Kevin and Sharon Kane, as trustees of the Margaret C. Lubke Revocable Trust, of Volusia County, sold 60 N. Halifax Drive No. 116 to 60 N. Halifax LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1984, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,083 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $270,000.
Joan Minneti, of Ormond Beach, sold 3170 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. No. 405 to Stephen and Julie Homewood, of Morganhill, Calif., for $132,000. Built in 1994, the fourth-floor condo has two beds, two baths and 876 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $274,000.
Eugene and Christopher Osovitz, of Tampa, sold 1427 John Anderson Drive to 1427 John Anderson Drive LLC, of Key Biscayne, for $100,000. Built in 1956, the house has two beds, one bath and 806 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $59,000.

Elaine Long, of Tucker, Ga., sold 180 Laurie Drive to Dawn Ramey, of Indianapolis, Ind., for $59,000. Built in 1955, the house has two beds, one bath and 736 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $69,000.

Ortona
Joseph and Debra Sanfilippo, of Ormond Beach, sold 47 Marvin Road to Anne Barron, of Southborough, Mass., for $125,900. Built in 1958, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,231 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $182,500.
