Farley's bar, 7-11 claim Palm Coast occupancy

A total of 101 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, March 15, and Wednesday, March 21

One occupancy order was issued to Susan Young, for a 7-11 convenient store at 220 Palm Coast Parkway. A commercial certificate of occupancy was also issued to Caprock LLC, for Farley’s bar at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway.

Commercial permits were issued to 3D Contracting Inc., for $10,000 interior alterations to Grace’s Place Bagel at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway, and to New Coastal Construction, for a $1,200 storage room at 31 Enterprise Drive, as well.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to the Flagler Habitat for Humanity, for a $150,000 single-family residence at 12 Uline Place. The largest renovation permit was issued to Jose Lopez Construction, for a $15,000 addition 2 Crazy Horse Court.
