+ Second straight: Lombardo earns salesman of the year
Anthony Lombardo was recognized as Palm Coast Real Estate’s sales associate of the year for the second consecutive year, at the company’s annual business meeting.
At the same ceremony, Andy Kalcounos was named resale home salesperson of the year, and Beverly McGowan was recognized as new home construction salesperson of the year.

+ Crossfit training comes to Flagler Beach
Formerly of Ormond Beach, CrossFit training center opened in Flagler Beach in January. The center, located at 2517 State Road 100, uses workout methods frequently utilized by military, firefighters and law enforcement. Hour-long CrossFit sessions trade traditional gym equipment for ropes, pull-up bars and weights — workouts designed to mimic real-life activities.
“Intensity is key,” said instructor Tish Traister. “Everyone from an absolute beginner to a professional athlete is challenged.”
Sessions, scheduled Monday through Sunday, also incorporate friendly competition among participants through recorded milestones.

Between 10 and 11 a.m. Saturday, March 10, E’lan Hair Studio, at 99 Old Kings Road, will hold a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony and party. Panera Bread seeks applicants at job fair
The Panera Bread currently being built at 5880 State Road 100 plans to be open for business April 4 and is currently seeking job applicants.
