Twenty vendors line Flagler Beach Pier for Chamber Beach Bash
For $10 each, locals grabbed food from the Funky Pelican and a beverage and strolled down the Flagler Beach Pier for Beach Bash on the Pier, hosted by the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce and the Flagler Beach Area Council.
The fifth-annual event, which was formerly known as Peers on the Pier, welcomed about 20 vendors to display their products and services at tents that lined the pier on Thursday, July 19.
Guests were given passports to visit all vendors on the pier and were encouraged to turn in their completed passports for prize drawings.
Rivera said that there were about 16 vendors last year, so the few new ones this year added variety to the event.
"It gives (vendors) the opportunity to let people know that they're out there, especially our new vendors that we have that have joined the Chamber," she said. "It gives them exposure."
