Neil and Violet Rosenblit, of Windermere, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 310, to Condor Mountain Properties LLC, of Dublin, Georgia, for $1.1 million. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/3 and has 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $775,000.

Beach Haven

Deborah and Dennis Casarcia, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Smiling Fish Lane to Carole Johanson, as trustee, for $729,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,186 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $437,000.

Marineland Acres

Harry and Judith Hamilton, of Palm Coast, sold 48 Ocean St. to Bryan and Bridget Gulebian, of Loganville, Georgia, for $880,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 2/3 and has a fireplace and 2,264 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $193,000.

Likens

Lori Conner, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Pamela Parkway to Jeremie Purdy and David Beasley, of Palm Coast, for $1,035,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool, barn and 1,872 square feet.
