Custers Palm Harbor
Quinn Throne and Claudia Bolanos sold 101 Palm Drive to Tracy and Diana Staples, of Flagler Beach, for $840,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool, boat lift and 1,545 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $260,000.
Hidden Lakes
William and Karia Hager, of Palm Coast, sold 170 Arena Lake Drive to Ben and Viktoriya Hardy, of Palm Coast, for $675,000. Built in 2012, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,066 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $450,000.
Palm Harbor
Beatriz Franchini sold 29 Clermont Court to Stephen and Sari Lacy, of Palm Coast, for $730,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,394 square feet.
