An Ocean Hammock home was the top seller for the week of August 10-16. Francis and Susan Evans, as trustees, sold 16 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to Terry and Sonja Lamb, of Palm Coast, for $1,899,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two half-baths, a swimming pool, shared dune walk and 4,890 square feet.

Condos

Richard and Suzanne Giles, of Concord Massachusetts, sold 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1142, to Redemption Enterprises LLC, of Miles City, Montana, for $270,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $439,900.

Jamie Regan, of Carmel, Indiana, sold 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1242, to Debra Sokalski, of Palm Coast, for $258,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $405,900.

Christianson Investments Inc., of Ontario, Canada, sold 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1315, to Thomas Van Gunten, of Mount Dora, for $230,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $510,000.

Cypress Knoll

Paolo and Carmelina Torre, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Eric Drive to Arthur and Bonnie Friedman, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,185 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $320,000.

Grand Haven

Felix and Linda Silva, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Owls Roost Lane E. to James and Veronica Kerr, of Palm Coast, for $269,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,773 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $230,000.

Richard Demers sold 39 Waterside Parkway to Matthew and Laura Fitzgerald, of Windham, New Hampshire, for $212,500. Built in 2003, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,623 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $156,000.

Katherine Gottlieb, of Marietta, Georgia, sold 23 Deerfield Court to Joseph Sheffield, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,307 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Karen Karas, of Ormond Beach, and Anthony Karas, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Rolling Sands Drive to Clayton Byrd, of Palm Coast, for $249,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,221 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $107,000.

Inessa Machadova, of Staten Island, New York, sold 9 Radial Place to Cheryl Ewen, as trustee, for $146,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $165,900.

Foxworth Properties LLC, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, sold 39 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S. to William and Suzanne Tobin, of Palm Coast, for $1,175,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 4,185 square feet.

Palm Coast Plantation

Bellagio Custom Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 215 Riverwalk Drive to Gary and Estelle Otterbach, of Exton, Pennsylvania, for $779,550. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,462 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Craig and Catherine Bleakley, of Belleair, and Michael and Nancy Porter, of Dacula Georgia, sold 24 Cottonwood Court to Bobby and Lillian Crosby, of Palm Coast, for $289,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,838 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $550,000.

Lance and Judith Kincaid, of Palm Coast, sold 100 Colechester Lane to David Hickman and Elisabetta Assennato-Hickman, of Palm Coast, for $278,780. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,861 square feet.

Douglas and Mandee Seitz, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Fort Caroline Court to Lester and Rachel McClure, of Palm Coast, for $234,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,092 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $210,000.

Patrick and Kathryn Rompaia sold 21 Fairchild Lane to Scott and Teresa Graf, of Palm Coast, for $217,900. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,939 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $169,000.

Pine Grove

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 97 Park Place Circle to Scott and Carol Lemke, of Palm Coast, for $227,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,973 square feet.

Cheryl Ewen, individually and as trustee, sold 44 Pretoria Lane to Victoria Livschitz, of Sunol, California, for $162,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $237,000.

Pine Lakes

Carol Riddle, of Tampa, sold 29 Woodborn Lane to Rafael and Celia Lizardo, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,280 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $231,700.

Seth and Debra Blazer sold 6 Westrobin Lane to Carol Stanton, of Palm Coast, for $182,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,230 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $135,000.

Plantation Bay

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 620 South Lake Drive to Kirsten and Joseph Honahan, of Ormond Beach, for $462,366. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,741 square feet.

Mary and Douglas Becker, individually and as trustees, sold 28 Bay Court to Thomas and Brenda Haythorne, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $165,000.

George Jarrell II, of Pierson, sold 95 Bay Lake Drive to Carl Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,078 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $237,000.

The Reserve

5 Hummingbird Circle LLC sold 4 Humming Bird Circle to Vernon McDaniel, of Bunnell, for $460,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,924 square feet.
