A condominium in Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach was the top seller for the week of June 15-21. A. Richard and Anne Janiak, of White Plaines, New York, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 456, to Christopher and Donna Otto, of Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, for $900,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,475 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $2,249,000.

Condos

Ajay and Dhooleka Raj, of United Arab Emirates, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 805, to Katherine and Edward Hannon, of Pilesgrove Township, New Jersey, for $600,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,944 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $770,000.

Eastward Venture 2 LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit C201, to Stephen and Lynn Brennan, of Palm Coast, for $317,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,167 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $434,000.

Joe Young, of Cissna Park, Illinois, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 277, to Aiden Lynch, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $755,000.

MiroslavTchipanov, of Lakeland, sold 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1323, to Leana Acinapora, of Clifton, New Jersey, for $200,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $190,000.

Andrei Bors and Olesea Burduh, of Ontario, sold 35 Pheasant Drive to Almanac Group Inc., of Bunnell, for $147,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $124,000.

Silver Brook Renovation LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Edgemont Lane to Jaroslaw and Wladyslaw Wydra, of Brooklyn, New York, for $228,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 64 Eagle Lake Drive to Luigi and Maria Perrotta, of Flagler Beach, for $262,031. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,508 square feet.

Donald Ruzecki, individually and as trustee, sold 1100 Central Ave. S. to Lonnie Hall Jr., of Hernando, for $434,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,282 square feet.

Richard and Deborah Shabi, of Jacksonville, sold 33 Cottonwood Court to Robert and Christina Miller, of Palm Coast, for $464,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 2,560 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $435,000.
