Glenn and Loretta Ramsey sold 87 Solee Road to Mark and Sandra Colatrella, of Palm Coast, for $1,205,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,138 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $520,000.

Charles and Deborah Nettles, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Susan Place to James and Lauren Tipton, of Camarillo, California, for $850,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,839 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $395,000.

Marineland Acres

Donald Poling Jr., of St. Augustine, sold 14 Flagler Drive to Robyn Openshaw Properties LLC, of St. Johns, for $899,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,474 square feet. It sold in February for $470,000.

Matanzas Woods

Raymond and Deborah Bonner, of St. Augustine, sold 1 Lake Placid Lane to Angel and Elena Penafiel, of Palm Coast, for $640,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 6/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,737 square feet.
