Yakov Belkin, of Brooklyn, New York, sold the home at 27 Perrotti Lane to Frances Atkinson, of Palm Coast, for $136,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,575 square feet of living area. The home previously sold in 2006 for $225,000.

Rafael Zakota, of Ridgewood, New York, sold the home at 281 Parkview Drive to Evgenia and Dmitriy Baskin, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,910 square feet of living area. The home previously sold in 2006 for $250,000.

Rebecca Cook, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 9 Eastland Lane to Alberto Acevedo and Priscilla Bugari-Acevedo, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,023 square feet of living area.

Terry McNitt, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 51 Riviere Lane to Peter Muranaka, of Palm Coast, for $186,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,236 square feet of living area. The home previously sold in 2006 for $249,300.

Madeline Frets, Elizabeth Melendez, Edith Abualshalb, Edith Frets, Cecilia Rosario, Annmarie Frets and Evelyn Caride sold the home at 80 Raintree Place to Richard Martone, of Palm Coast, for $138,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,440 square feet of living area. The home previously sold in 2003 for $117,900.

Edgardo and Johanna Gonzalez sold the home at 102 Raemoor Drive to Vazquez & Associates Properties LLC, of Coral Springs, for $120,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,075 square feet of living area. The home previously sold in 1999 for $64,000.

Erik and Jessica Wisniewski, of North Brookfield, Massachusetts, sold the home at 128 Lindsay Drive to Pedro Carvajal, Jenelle and Luis Lugo, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. James and Kathleen Pignatiello, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 70 Fulton Place to Jeffrey and Pamala Chelednik, of Palm Coast, for $163,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,569 square feet of living area.

Federal National Mortgage Association, of Dallas, Texas, sold the home at 69 Woodbury Drive to Robert and Tina Escalante, of Palm Coast, for $129,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,667 square feet of living area.

David and Denise Gray, of Bunnell, sold the home at 17 Seward Trail E. to Hector Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a storage building and 1,463 square feet of living area. The home previously sold in 2005 for $177,000.

BUNNELL

Gordon Jones, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 465 Court Road 140 to Scott and Rhoda Brumfield, of Palm Coast, for $176,700. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,614 square feet of living area.
