The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Jan. 28 through Feb. 3. Total number of permits issued: 133. Since January 2009, $1,056,541,978 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permits applications

Baston-Cook Company applied for a $7,200,000 application for a three-story and 32 bed addition at 60 Memorial Medical Parkway.

Commercial Construction applied for a $125,000 application for electrical and mechanical renovations at Designs for Health Inc., 6 Commerce Blvd.

Residential permits issued

Seagate Homes was issued $306,000 for a single-family residence at 116 Eric Drive.

Everlast Homes was issued $297,000 for a single-family residence at 18 Kaufman Place.

Seagate Homes was issued $295,000 for a single-family residence at 69 Red Mill Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued $254,000 for a single-family residence at 46 Edward Drive.

Paytas Homes was issued $248,000 for a single-family residence at 113 Arena Lake Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued $232,000 for a single-family residence at 13 Echo Sands Place.

Cannon Home Services was issued $61,000 for an addition at 220 Pine Grove Drive.
