Star bright, Star light: Palm Coast transitions from parade to Starlight Festival

Food, dancing and fun, at Town Center.

Merrily, Palm Coasters strolled along the sidewalk Dec. 11 in Town Center to take part in the city's Starlight Festival. Food trucks and live performances helped residents get into the holiday spirit.
