Sidelines: Bulldogs boys golf beats Pine Ridge

The Bulldogs beat Pine Ridge on Aug. 29 at Palm Harbor Golf Club. The Bulldogs finished with a total score of 196, and Pine Ridge shot 211.

FPC was led by Cameron Coates, who shot 46 for medalist honors. Joseph Rizzo shot 47, Alex Machado shot 51 and Chase Jones shot 52.

Bulldogs XC travels to Georgia for second event

Flagler Palm Coast’s cross country team competed in the Jekyll Island Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 1, in Jekyll Island, Georgia. The Bulldogs boys team finished in seventh place, and the girls team finished in 11th.

Pirates XC competes in DeLand

Matanzas’ cross country team competed in the DeLand Invitational Cross Country meet on Sept. 1 at the Sperling Sports Complex. The boys team finished in 11th place, and the girls team finished eighth.
