Hurricane Irma left many residents who live along the Intracoastal Waterway in Flagler Beach with flooding in their homes. The storm especially took a toll on homes on Ocean Palm Drive after the Intracoastal flooded — leaving behind soaking wet furniture, ruined books, water line stains on walls and other damage.
