Indian Trails

Donna Andrews and Theresa Wamhoff, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 90 Burning Bush Drive to Ronnie and Tina Owens, of Palm Coast, for $227,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,045 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2009 for $200,000.

Doris Eisenhower, of Sinking Springs, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 181 Bridgehaven Drive to Gregory Dunaway, of Palm Coast, for $87,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,247 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods

Jadwiga Karbowsky, of Beverly Beach, sold the home at 40 Ryecroft Lane to Devyn Cote, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,806 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2003 for $126,700.

Nancy Graney, of Draper, Utah, sold the home at 45 Fleetwood Drive to Brendon Davis, of Palm Coast, for $136,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,533 square feet of living area.

Philip and Kristen Fotorny, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 Collingwood Lane to Karen Holmstrom, of Deer River, Minnesota, for $223,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a boat dock, straddle hoist and 1,762 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 1994 for $117,000.

Palm Island

Natalie Pilkington, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 124 Palm Circle to Brian and Amber Bill, of Newport Beach, California, for $330,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, boat dock and 1,632 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2011 for $250,000.

Pine Grove

William and Margaret Ziefle, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 Point Pleasant Drive to Gary and Maureen Judy, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,046 square feet of living area.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 110 Prince Eric Lane to Anthony Thomas for $145,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,015 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2004 for $179,900.

Pine Lakes

U.S. Bank National Association, of Frederick, Maryland, sold the home at 256 Westhampton Drive to Yolanda Lopez, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,476 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2005 for $198,300.

Federal National Mortgage Association, of Dallas, Texas, sold the home at 1 Woodbury Drive to Alberto and Serina Pedroza, of Staten Island, New York, for $260,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spa, swimming pool and 2,648 square feet of living area.

Cady Robinson, of Interlachen, sold the home at 5 Villa Lago Lane to Mark Geiszler, of Louisville, Colorado, for $210,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,935 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2008 for $218,000.

Quail Hollow

Leslie Seifers, of Fort Myers, sold the home at 43 Kalamazoo Trail to Michele Lamb, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, for $180,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,524 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2001 for $153,000.

Sugar Mill Plantation

Atlantic-Coastal Properties, LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Sugar Mill Lane to Tiffany and William Kato, of Flagler Beach, for $371,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,836 square feet of living area.
