The activities entertained guests through the weekend of April 14-15.
A full weekend of activities for the family, including live music, historical reenactments and food vendors, were presented at the Florida Agricultural Museum on Saturday, April 14, and Sunday, April 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Historical demonstrations of writing with feathers and ink, cornmeal making and other 19th-century crafts took place throughout the weekend. Guests could also ride around the museum grounds at 7900 Old Kings Road N. on a tractor-drawn wagon. Admission was $5 per person.
The farm day on Sunday coincided with the Cowboy Fast Draw Association's Florida Championship Fast Draw Shootout tournament, which included a Fastest Lawman competition, on the museum property.
