Grand Haven

Philip and Rochele Harrison sold 8 Scarlet Oak Circle to Beth Howell and William Poscharscky, of Palm Coast, for $1,125,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,115 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $525,000.

Hammock Beach

Devinder and Satinder Bhasin, of Palm Coast, sold 21 Ocean Oaks Lane to Thomas and Tatiana Watford, of Tampa, for $1,005,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,487 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Patrice and Thomas Culligan, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Laguna Court to Michael and Jessica Koulianos, of Longwood, for $850,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,712 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $465,000.

Sunset Inlet

Sherry McVicker, individually and as trustee, sold 2670 Sunset Inlet Drive to Elena Zaytseva and Alex Grinshpon, of Flagler Beach, for $970,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/3.5 and has an elevator and 3,112 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $680,000.
