Palm Coast Parks and Rec to host REFIT Revolution

Although the fitness program is free, participants must pre-register at www.parksandrec.fun/wellness.

The city of Palm Coast is hosting REFIT Revolution, a new fitness program for all ages, according to a news release.  This "judgment-free fitness experience" uses powerful movements and positive music, combined with resistance-training elements to give you a total-body workout.

There's a REFIT Revolution Dance Party from 5-6:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at Palm Coast Community Center, located at 305 Palm Coast Parkway NE. Then, starting Sept. 21, REFIT Revolution Family Fitness will be offered free from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Friday at the Community Center. (But there will be no class on Nov. 23.)

Participants must pre-register at www.parksandrec.fun/wellness. Be sure to wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothes for working out.
