Oceanfront house sells for $1.61 million

A house in Sea Colony was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 28 to May 4 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Philip and Lea Montgomery, individually and as trustees, sold 40 Sea Vista Drive to Matthew Riley and Cristyn Carlson, as trustees, for $1.61 million. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 2,144 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $650,000. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

David Newhart, individually and as representative, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 242, to Kenneth and Judith Ciesielski, of Fort Mill, South Carolina, for $660,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $330,000.

Kenneth Furlow and Linda Kilmer, of Dania, sold 300 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 106, to Ramone and Susana Vazquez, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 2000, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $352,500.

Allyson and Thomas Deater, of Loganville, Georgia, sold 58 Club House Drive, Unit 106, to Charlene Ford, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 1,127 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $80,000.

INB Fund 1 LLC, of Orlando, sold 13 Price Lane to Delia Mannion, of Palm Coast, for $322,920. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,753 square feet.

Craig Chalmers and Terri Newman, of Indian Land, South Carolina, sold 48 Osprey Circle to James and Carol Boyle, of Palm Coast, for $820,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,556 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $535,000.
