Oceanfront home tops the sales list in Flagler County

A house in Armand Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 10-16 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Teena Weiss, individually and as trustee, and Charles Weiss, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Ocean Dune Circle to Hendrix and Melissa Spraggins, of Daytona Beach, for $2.15 million. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator, dune-walk and 4,170 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Matt and Julie Nagorsky, of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 542, to Edward Gilroy, Palm Coast, for $969,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,246 square feet.

Wayne Klug, as trustee, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 209, to Lori Borchardt, of Brooksville, for $325,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,358 square feet.

Jose Troche, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Pine Hurst Place, Unit 11, to Jude Smithson, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $100,000.

Armand Beach

Frederick Suits, of Palm Coast, sold 10 N. Armand Beach Drive to Michael and Holland McKhann, of St. Augustine, for $650,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,536 square feet.

Bunnell Development Co.

Amaral Custom Homes Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 504 N. Cherry St. to Brittany Bracewell, of Bunnell, for $285,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,713 square feet.

Cochran Place

Peter Schnack, individually and as trustee, sold 805 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to 805 N. Oceanshore LLC, of Ponte Vedra Beach, for $800,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,305 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Green Hill Real Estates LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 117 Evans Drive of Jeremy Weiss and Tiera Nell, of Boulder, Colorado, for $505,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,853 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $210,000.

Gregory Adams and Marilyn Cameron, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Essex Lane to Joshua and Jamie Stumbo, of Palm Coast, for $284,900. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,216 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $152,900.

Kathleen Carl, of Flagler Beach, sold 1815 S. Flagler Ave. to Glynn and Lynn Barnes, of Flagler Beach, for $515,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,288 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $320,000.

Grand Haven

Matthew and Linda Parisi, of Gillette, New Jersey, sold 93 Front St. to Leonid Blyumin and Tatyana Tsarkovskaya, of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, for $1.15 million. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boathouse and 2,806 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $700,000.

Azimut Group LLC, of Pensacola, sold 13 Sandpiper Court to Pavel and Natalya Syrov, of Palm Coast, for $520,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,456 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $258,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 3 Buttermilk Drive to Frank Harb, of Palm Coast, for $298,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Joshua and Candice Joslin, of Rhinelander, Wisconsin, sold 4 Rosedale Place to Angelo Ippolito, of Long Island City, New York, for $550,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,273 square feet.

Joao and Elisa Rodrigues, of Prospect, Connecticut, sold 4 Fairbank Lane to George and Beatriz Cost, of Tampa, for $539,900. Built in 2010, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 3,066 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $240,000.

INB Fund 1 LLC, of Orlando, sold 96 Fieldstone Lane to Michelle Naupari and Carlos Naupari-Ibanez, of Palm Coast, for $305,115. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,753 square feet.

Pine Lakes
