Million-dollar condo leads real estate sales

An oceanfront condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 19-25 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Gregory and Diane Joseph, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 2107, to Brian and Darlene Kargel, of Palm Coast, for $1 million. Built in 1996, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,387 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Norma Wike sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 1207, to Michael and Aimee Anderson, of St. Johns, for $499,000. Built in 1992, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,158 square feet.

Patricia Christman, of Hornbeak, Tennessee, sold 36 Sherbury Court, Unit 35, to Craig Hackl, of Wilmette, Illinois, for $235,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,248 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $147,000.

Belle Terre

Loula Stamper, of Orange City, sold 1 Pepperdine Drive to Mary Tan, of Palm Coast, for $373,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 4/3 and has 3,625 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $215,000.

Cypress Knoll

Tada Properties LLC sold 33 Essex Lane to Matthew Merritt and Anna Roberts, of Greenville, South Carolina, for $308,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,354 square feet.

Flagler Beach

Donald and Leigh Hanchar, as trustees, sold 1341 S. Daytona Ave. to David Welsh and Lynne Shaklan-Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $625,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a swimming pool, elevator and 2,345 square feet.

Grand Haven

Edward and Marianne Whalen, individually and as trustees, sold 9 Shinnecock Drive to Andrew and Galina Ivanchenko, of Highland Park, Illinois, for $617,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,083 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $382,000.

Hidden Lakes

Teresa Brown sold 16 Graham Woods Place to Andrzej and Zofia Popis, of Palm Coast, for $577,500. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,897 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $344,300.

Hillcrest

Angela Daum, of Milton, sold 301 John Anderson Highway to Eric Lieras and Melissa Lucas, of Flagler Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,161 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $121,000.

Rosanta and Pasquale Vallone, of Brooklyn, sold 10 Butternut Drive to Barry and Vanessa Basiger, of Palm Coast, for $525,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,116 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 51 Bennett Lane to Javier Monleon and Susan Muir, of Palm Coast, for $324,490. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.
