DRL Sunshine Properties LLC, of Palatka, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 310, to Olympos and Karen Efthyvoulos, of Long Beach, California, for $247,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,121 square feet.

Belleterre

Flagler County Holdings LLC sold 15 Prestwick Lane to Maria Leon and Rodolfo Gonzalez, of St. Augustine, for $340,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,650 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Crystal Powell and James Peters, of Orange Park, sold 1 Ryecroft Lane to Denys Korolkov and Victoria Von, of Palm Coast, for $326,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $170,000.

Not in Subdivision

Katherine and Michael Schmidt, of Hastings, Nebraska, sold 41 Federal Lane to Paula and Terry McGrath, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,258 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $150,000.
