A house in Yacht Harbor was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 30 to July 6 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. James and Mary Quinn, of Ormond Beach, sold 338 Harbor Village Point N. to Claude and Linda Grizzard, of Palm Coast, for $1.65 million. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, elevator and 4,868 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Neil and Violet Rosenblit, of Windermere, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 310, to Condor Mountain Properties LLC, of Dublin, Georgia, for $1.1 million. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/3 and has 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $775,000.

George and Lori Robinson, of Jacksonville, sold 3651 Central Ave., Unit 108, to Patrick and Teresa Madigan, of Flagler Beach, for $530,000. Built in 2001, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,377 square feet.

Beach Haven

Deborah and Dennis Casarcia, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Smiling Fish Lane to Carole Johanson, as trustee, for $729,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,186 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $437,000.

Belle Terre

Diane Wellman-Foy, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Patchogue Place to Opendoor Property C LLC, of Tempe, Arizona, for $325,100. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,293 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Blue Crown Construction Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 35 Edgely Lane to Robert Wasiluk, of Delray Beach, for $525,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,017 square feet.

Fuquay

Theresa Musotto, of Flagler Beach, sold 1944 Flagler Ave. S. to Gregory and Cynthia Jones, as trustees, for $650,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,548 square feet.

Grand Haven

Mike and Dawn Fingerhut, of Palm Coast, sold 40 Southlake Drive to John and Jacqueline Hamm, of Louisville, Kentucky, for $715,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,563 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $325,000.

Alexey Fedunov and Tatiana Kozlovskaya, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, sold 24 Crosstie Court to Max Zak, of Saratoga, California, for $409,900. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,640 square feet.

Michael and Dorothy Kennedy sold 96 Bressler Lane to Deidra and Everett Bagby, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,958 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $238,500.

Lehigh Woods

Julian Velez, German Velez and Matilde Ossa sold 20 Ripcord Lane to Denise Jabbari and Shareen Jabbari, of Palm Coast, for $380,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,024 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $162,000.

Fin Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 17 Roxton Lane to Sharon Sardella and Kevin Parshley, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,013 square feet. It sold in March for $235,000.

Lori Conner, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Pamela Parkway to Jeremie Purdy and David Beasley, of Palm Coast, for $1,035,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool, barn and 1,872 square feet.

Harry and Judith Hamilton, of Palm Coast, sold 48 Ocean St. to Bryan and Bridget Gulebian, of Loganville, Georgia, for $880,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 2/3 and has a fireplace and 2,264 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $193,000.

James and Nicole Copenhaver, of Gainesville, sold 37 Rollins Drive to M&E Rollins LLC, of Palm Coast, for $480,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,249 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $240,000.
