Grand Haven

Oscar and Diane Perez, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, sold 26 Eastlake Drive to Bart and Suzanne Palmer, of Palm Coast, for $652,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,432 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $455,000.

Indian Trails

Joseph and Georgiann Micci, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Barring Place to John and Roxanna Woods, of Palm Coast, for $424,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,663 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $174,000.

Lehigh Woods

Richard Winters, of Knoxville, Tennessee, and others sold 7 Rybark Lane to Eli Rivera, of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, for $325,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,676 square feet.

Not in Subdivision

Candice Northrip, of Bunnell, sold 253 Main Street to Evan Haines and Marissa Zuercher, of Flagler Beach, for $289,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,259 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $191,000.
