A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 16-22 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Raymond and Cheryl Zukowski, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Rue Grande Mer to Alan and Denise Weiss, of Montville, New Jersey, for $2,800,888. Built in 2007, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a swimming pool and 6,433 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $1.3 million. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Condos

David and Suzanne Duchesneau, of Palm Coast, sold 1000 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1011, to Sullivan Condo LLC, of Daytona Beach, for $388,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $220,000.

Larry and Candace Martin, and Joyce Karabatsos, of Park Ridge, Illinois, sold 35 Hembury Lane, Unit 35, to Melanie Hayes, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,338 square feet.

Eugene Blake, of Palm Coast, sold 50 Club House Drive, Unit 106, to Barbara Kayl, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 1/1 and has 665 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $41,000.

Cypress Knoll

Enrique and Amedea Onate, of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, sold 82 Eastwood Drive to Schnaars Holdings LLC, of Hazlet, New Jersey, for $601,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,003 square feet.

Lisa Thomas, of Palm Coast, sold 27 Eastwood Drive to Christopher and Natalie Licata, of Palm Coast, for $361,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,769 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $193,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 712 Grand Reserve Drive to Desa Holdings LLC, of Bunnell, for $342,990. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,147 square feet.

Flagler Beach

Dorothy Fleurie, individually and as trustee, and Frank Fleurie, of Palm Coast, sold 115 4th St. to 4th and Central LLC, of Palm Coast, for $715,000. Built in 1945, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,621 square feet. There is an additional house with 739 square feet.

Grand Landings

Bruce and Ernestine Bullock, of Daytona Beach, sold 195 Coopers Hawk Way to Robert Rudy Jr., of Palm Coast, for $599,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 5/4 and has 2,913 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $332,100.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 496 Grand Reserve Drive to John and Sharon Morin, of Bunnell, for $325,635. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,745 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Dennis and Mary Jesielowski sold 6 Valencia Court to Raymond and Cheryl Zukowski, of Palm Coast, for $1.65 million. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,759 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $950,000.

Indian Trails

Loretta Sylvester, of Palm Coast, sold 48 Bud Hollow Drive to Brad Jacobs, of Palm Coast, for $422,500. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,202 square feet.

Cody and Tracie Houghton, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Bainbridge Lane to Curtis and Marcia Lightcap, of Palm Coast for $329,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,980 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $192,000.

Lehigh Woods

Kirk Dorozsmay, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Russkin Lane to Linval Williams and Mary Davis, of Palm Coast, for $434,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,967 square feet.
