Hammock Beach house tops the sales list at $624,500

The top seller for the week of Sept. 28 to Oct. 4 was a house in Hammock Beach. Dean Wynn Properties LLC, of Winter Springs, sold 301 Ocean Crest Drive to Dr. Shmuel and Tema Kissin, of Boca Raton, for $624,500. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an elevator, fireplace and 4,222 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1.35 million.

Condos

Marilyn and James Fisher, individually and as trustees, sold 105 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 802, to Phyllis Kindelan, of Palm Coast, for $471,250. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $657,300.

Benedetto and Geraldine Vitrullo, of Honeoye Falls, New York, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 224, to Christopher Bartholet and Christina Brown-Lifvendahl, of Lake Mary, for $287,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $499,000.

Stephen and Jill Lefave, individually and as trustees, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 109, to Ellen Streblow, of Flagler Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $289,000.

Marion Campbell sold 2001 Palm Drive, Unit E101, to Liam and Mary Mackin, of Flagler Beach, for $194,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,482 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $250,500.

Armand Beach

Charles and Teena Weiss, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Mahoe Drive N. to Stephen and Elizabeth Schotta, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, for $360,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,160 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $332,500.

Belle Terre

Antonio Barroqueiro, of Newark, New Jersey, sold Cynthia Hudgins, of Palm Coast, for $152,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,586 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $100,100.

Country Club Harbor

D.R. Horton Inc., of St. Johns, sold 22 Country Club Harbor Circle to John and Barbara Cummings, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet.

Indian Trails

Sergey and Iraida Trusov, of Palm Coast, sold 64 Belvedere Lane to Teresa Sumpter, of Palm Coast, for $187,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $147,600.

Lehigh Woods

David Kadoch and Solange Aubry-Kadoch sold 16 Rae Drive to Sarah and Fernando Melendez, of Port Jenuis, New York, for $260,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,537 square feet.

Cynthis Froehlich and Mohamed Camara, of White Plains, Maryland, sold 38 Red Barn Drive to William and Joyce Cassidy, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,550 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $233,000.

Ancor Equity Corp., of Palm Coast, sold 6 Radford Lane to Scott Evey and Robin Hall, of Discover Bay, California, for $210,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,145 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $121,000.

Gerald Pracey and Linda Ashmore, of Royal Palm Beach, sold 1 Ryan Drive to Beverly Ewart, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,904 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $246,000.

Maritime Estates

Andrew and Angeles Kullberg, of Canyon Lakes, Texas, sold 10 Deerwood St. to Steven and Jerrilynn Robertshaw, of Jekyll Island, Georgia, for $495,830. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,822 square feet.

Gary and Jonnie Grant, individually and as trustees, sold 29 Coral Reef Court N. to William and Patricia Rogers, of Palm Coast, for $274,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,011 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $125,000.

Everlast Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 49 Freeport Lane to Jonathan Rios, of Palm Coast, for $228,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,853 square feet.

Andrew Harris, of Orlando, sold 78 Farragut Drive to Richard Vasquez, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,008 square feet.

Lina Pena, of Palm Coast, sold 245 Wellington Drive to Terry and Tammy Talbott, of Owasso, Oklahoma, for $217,980. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,211 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $215,000.

Jeffrey and Patricia Knight, of Flagler Beach, sold 1 Westbriar Lane to Tara and Shawn Lynn, of Palm Coast, for $196,500. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,605 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $125,500.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 619 Elk River Drive to Joanne Donnelly, as trustee, for $306,781. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet.

Tony Karns, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Uthorne Place to Alexandra Coutu-Struble and Erick Struble, of Palm Coast, for $254,900. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,741 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $210,000.

The Reserve

5 Hummingbird Circle LLC sold 2 Humming Bird Circle to William Wilson III, of Bunnell, for $485,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,250 square feet.
