Joseph Hanzel Jr. and Judy Bedell, individually and as trustees, sold 7 Waterview Drive S. to Ralph and Mary Anne Grams, as trustees, for $555,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,553 square feet.

Condos

Richard and Maryann Foote, of Jamestown, Rhode Island, sold 74 Veranda Way, Unit 74, to George and Sandra Holterhoff, of Palm Coast, for $212,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $168,000.

Joe Anna Rash, of Ormond Beach, sold 1000 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1033, to Karl and Irene Barber, of Red Bank, New Jersey, for $175,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $172,000.

Joseph and Cynthia Condy, of Jacksonville, sold 1 Broadmore Circle, Unit 1, to John Slattery, of Palm Coast, for $134,000. Built in 1980, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,163 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $93,700.

Anthony Paone Jr., of Palm Coast, sold 16 Eastman Lane to Susan Morse and Robert Turner, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,669 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $122,500.

John and Carissa Medeiros III, of Palm Coast, sold 59 Beauford Lane to Lori Cohen, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,794 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $186,300.

Daniel and Angela Hall sold 655 Elk River Drive to George and Elaine McNeill, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,750 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $332,300.
