Peter May, Karen Chitty, Bryan May and Thomas May sold 1352 Lambert Ave. to Cathy Sheppard, of Flagler Beach, for $962,500. Jennifer Wagner, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Mid Pines Circle, Unit 19, to Peter Ferris and Lisa Eisenberg-Ferris, of Palm Coast, for $219,900. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $150,000.

Atlanta Beach

Paul and Heather Allen, of Flagler Beach, sold 2723 S. Daytona Ave. to James and Angela Brienza, of Flagler Beach, for $780,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,572 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $535,000.

Belle Terre

Eric and Alison Galley, of Seffner, sold 123 Birchwood Drive to Vladimir Tarasov, of Palm Coast, for $444,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,926 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $304,500.

Edner and Gladys Cherilien, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Praver Lane to Douglas Osborne Jr., of Palm Coast, for $379,900. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,357 square feet.
