Condo sells for $1.4 million

The top real estate transaction for the week of August 3-9 was a condominium in Hammock Dunes. Alfred and Lynn Gagliardi, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 401, to Robert and Mary English, as trustees, for $1.4 million. Built in 2007, the condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,283 square feet.

Condos

Peter and Adria Dorsher, of Jacksonville, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 305, to B&J Kaplan PC LLC, of Ocala, for $650,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $810,000.

Margaret Wolfe, of Palm Coast, sold 65 Riverview Bend S. to Elmar and Brenda Locker, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet.

Elizabeth Desteno, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Marina Point Place, Unit 7, to Elsbeth Catalano, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,585 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $135,000.

George Moody

Kang Lu and Jie Hong Liu, of Holly Hill, sold 906 S. Central Ave. to Digna Acosta, of Flagler Beach, for $475,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,794 square feet.

Grand Haven

Michael and Cynthia Callahan, of Baltimore, sold 30 Shinnecock Drive to John and Marie Washburn, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,677 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $204,000.

Hammock Dunes

Karen and Walter Kurtis, of Nairn, Scotland, sold 13 La Costa Place to Siegfried and Traute Gohrend, of Coconut Creek, for $412,513. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,406 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $425,000.

Indian Trails

Barbara Solomon, of Palm Coast, sold 20 Birthstone Way to Elliott Van Dyke, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,580 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida, of Gulf Breeze, sold 5 Burning View Lane to John and Donna Harney, of Palm Coast, for $232,950. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,169 square feet.

Johnson Beach

Paul and Kim Church, individually and as trustees, sold 6 Osceola Ave. to James and Karen Wortham, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,371 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $72,500.

Lehigh Woods

Antonio and Maria Marques, of Wesley Chapel, sold 17 Rocking Horse Drive to Brian Constable, of Palm Coast, for $299,770. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,462 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $255,900.

Avanti Morelli LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Richardson Drive to Andrew and Carolyn Douglas, of Palm Coast, for $182,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,888 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $169,900.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 1 Randou Place to Robert Escalante, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,451 square feet.

Ocean Palm

David and Mary Wettlaufer, of Ormond Beach, sold 243 Ocean Palm Drive to Jane Zurbuch, of Flagler Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,602 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $235,000.

Palm Harbor

Denise and Thomas Brady, of Palm Coast, sold 35 Frederick Lane to Richard and Andrea Fermin, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,155 square feet.

William Zirklebach, individually and as trustee, sold 49 Cortes Court to Linda and Michael DeArmon, of Eldorado, Illinois, for $336,500. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,147 square feet.

William and Jacqueline Reeves, individually and as trustees, sold 21 Criston Court to Karen Leigh Wessells Family Trust and Lula Anne Thompson Family Trust for $315,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 1,890 square feet.

James and Helen McGuane, individually and as trustees, sold 73 Foxhall Lane to Gary and Debora Wheeler, of Gilmanton, New Hampshire, for $210,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,752 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $240,000.

Pine Lakes

Anthony and Kerry Putnam, of Troutman, North Carolina, sold 8 Wildwood Place to Augustin Rodriguez Jr., of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 1986, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,852 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $75,700.

Plantation Bay

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 663 Elk River Drive to Patrick and Jacqueline Mulvihill, of Ormond Beach, for $335,700. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet.

Trustee Services LLC sold 47 Treetop Circle to Josefina McGeehan, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,674 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $158,000.

Sea Colony

Ronald Ayrey, of Park City, Utah, sold 23 Bristol Lane to James Mason, of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, for $265,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, swimming pool and 1,364 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $265,000.

Shelter Cove

Jeffery Blankenship, of Buford, Georgia, sold 70 Malibu Cove to Bobbie Brister and Wendy Ayers, of Ormond Beach, for $648,900. Built in 2013, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,648 square feet.

Tidelands

Carol Graff, of Palm Coast, sold 87 Longview Way N. to Thomas Summers, of Cookeville, Tennessee, for $550,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,528 square feet.

Woodlands

Daniel MacLeod III, of Orange Park, and Erin MacLeod, of Palm Coast, sold 60 Black Alder Drive to Lee Paulsen, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,107 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $129,500.
