Beachside house tops the list at $760,000

The top seller for the week of Sept. 21-27 was a house on the Matanzas River. Brenda Rezza, as representative, sold 16 Sabal Bend to Thomas and Cynthia Chambers, of Palm Coast, for $760,000. Built in 2005, the house has six bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,134 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $750,000.

Condos

Mark and Karen Mooneyhan, individually and as trustees, sold 200 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 303, to Timothy and Marian Hasty, of Pinecrest, for $321,000. Built in 2001, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $300,000.

Bennedetto and Geraldine Vitullo, of Honeoye Falls, New York, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 224, to Christopher Bartholet and Christina Brown-Lifvendahl, of Lake Mary, for $287,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $499,000.

Kateryna Orlova, of Van Nuys, California, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit C102, to Reflex Realty Corp., of Silverthorne, Colorado, for $217,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $415,000.

Everett Natale, of Flagler Beach, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 313, to Steven and Lorna Ballard, of Lake Mary, for $198,888. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,209 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $85,900.

Cochran Place

Barry and Corinne Poimboeuf, of Orange Park, sold 1016 N. Central Ave. to William and Patricia Ferry, of Gainesville, for $587,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,887 square feet.

Country Club Harbor

D.R. Horton Inc., of St. Johns, sold 16 Waterfront Cove to Alan and Michele Battis, of Palm Coast, for $280,379. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

Grand Haven

Jean Zucherate sold 14 Village View Way to Jeffrey Hernandez, as trustee, for $325,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,106 square feet.

Grand Landings Phase One

Robert and Shari Leonard, of Palm Coast, sold 129 Spoonbill Drive to Patricia and Frank Ascone, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,197 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $233,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Landon Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 106 Windsong Court to Cecil and Barbara Ashby, of Fort Pierce, for $363,490. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,656 square feet.

Indian Trails

D.R. Horton Inc., of St. Johns, sold 111 Fairway Court to Roger Hophan and Robin Zabel, of Bunnell, for $183,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,557 square feet.

Alexandria Coutu-Struble and Erick Struble, of Palm Coast, sold 181 Bridgehaven Drive to Mannix Leach, of Palm Coast, for $174,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 24 Riviere Lane to Wallace and Keisha Haynes, of Palm Coast, for$202,968. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet.

What a Deal Homes LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 31 Radium Lane to Moacir and Evelyn Rebostini, of Palm Coast, for $191,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,843 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $174,900.

Emile Segev and Tyra Moscovitch, of Montreal, Canada, sold 40 Rose Drive to Sokha Chhum, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $199,000.

Palm Harbor

S&B Properties Group LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 60 Farragut Drive to Christina Ratliff, of Palm Coast, for $157,500. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,411 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $152,000.

Pebble Beach Village

ML James LLC, as trustee, sold 17 Sunset Cove to Susan Joyalle, and Traute and Siegfried Gohrend, of Flagler Beach, for $233,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $230,000.

Pine Grove

Neil and Gaudy Nguyen, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Pine Grove Drive to John and Jung D’Ambra, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2001, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, swimming pool and 1,723 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $275,900.

Pine Lakes

Bentley and Valerie Gentry, of Woolwich, New Jersey, sold 1 Wilmont Place to Amanda Contreras-Tovar, of Palm Coast, for $223,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,074 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $181,000.

Plantation Bay

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 625 Elk River Drive to LeRoy and Stacy Roberts, of Ormond Beach, for $367,855. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,402 square feet.

Kent Stable, of Asheville, North Carolina, sold 11 Landings Lane to Laurie Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $127,500.

Quail Hollow

Richard and Holly Poreda, of Camden, Tennessee, sold 12 Zebu Place to Robert and Shari Leonard, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,908 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $239,900.

Daniel and Angela Bennett, of Black Mountain, North Carolina, sold 21 Zoffer Court to Justin and Kimberly Maser, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,880 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $172,900.

Maria Revoredo, of Fall River, Massachusetts, sold 81 Zephyr Lily Trail to Sandra Zagorski, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,076 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $135,000.

Sea Colony

Danity Little, as trustee, sold 27 Avalon Drive to David and Shirley Tabor, as trustees, for $300,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $207,000.
