Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, of Coppell, Texas, sold the home at 19 N. Park Circle to Sidney and Elizabeth Brown, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool and 2,671 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2006 for $465,000.

D.R. Horton, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 40 Auberry Drive to Paul and Louise Ussery, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,368 square feet of living area.

Kirk Blocker, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 51 Zinnia Trail to Dawn and Samuel Hill, of Palm Coast, for $144,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,367 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2004 for $131,000.

FLAGLER COUNTY

Christian and Charisma Fernandez, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 6 Zerrington Court to David and Hung Bentley, of Palm Coast, for $177,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,113 square feet of living area. Previously sold in 2007 for $185,500.
