A house with four bedrooms was the top real estate transaction

In a week with few closings because of Hurricane Irma, the top seller for Sept. 7-13 was a house in Indian Trails. Everlast Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 51 Bainbridge Lane to David and Joy Eurie, of Palm Coast, for $279,900. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,482 square feet.

Condos

Suncoast Title Insurance Agency Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 56 Club House Drive, Unit 104, to William Antanocci, of Patterson, New York, for $119,500. Built in 1977, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $81,000.

Hiram and Beverly Rosas, of Fort Lee, New Jersey, sold 4600 Moody Blvd., Unit 7B, to Yakov Belkin, of Bunnell, for $60,000. Built in 2005, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 781 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $139,900.

Cypress Knoll

Gavin Barba, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Easterly Place to Hayleng and Karen Tea, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $194,200.

Indian Trails

Holiday Builders Inc. Sold 32 Bradmore Lane to Sanjar Ismailov, of Palm Coast, for $254,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,381 square feet.

Vitaly Donets sold 113 Braddock Lane to Brenda Jackson, Dakari Wintons and Dominquue Wintons, of Palm Coast, for $224,800. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,586 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $266,500.

Kathleen Hunzinger, of Palm Coast, sold 42 Bassett Lane to Jacqueline Rocourt, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,642 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $81,400.

Pine Grove

Brendan and Michelle Dugan, of St. Augustine, sold 25 Prince Kaarel Lane to Arthur and Jaime McMullen, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,954 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $168,000.

Palm Harbor

James Bonds, of Antioch, Tennessee, sold 20 Fairhill Lane to Richard and Jannette Smith, of Malden, Massachusetts, for $184,900. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,497 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $118,000.

Pine Lakes

Patricia and Dennis Graham, and Andrew and Maureen Serp, of Westbury, New York, sold 74 Webster Lane to Adam Molla, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,718 square feet.

Francis Hogan, individually and as trustee, sold 7 Walton Place to Muhammad Usmani and Aslya Moideen, of Ormond Beach, for $173,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,929 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $219,900.

Quail Hollow

Francis and Bonnie Bianchi, of Smyrna, New York, sold 13 Kaffir Lily Place to Ronald and Dae Boo Searfoss, of Homestead, for $175,600. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,290 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $125,000.
