The top seller for the week of May 4-10 is located in the Palm Harbor neighborhood. Paul Hebert, individually and as trustee, sold 32 Old Oak Drive S. to Jeffrey Price, as trustee, for $965,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 4,364 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $875,000.

Thomas and Margrit Salcito, of Brookfield, Connecticut, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 342, to Jared Krieger, of Heathrow, for $572,500. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,246 square feet.

Robert Kiehl, individually and as trustee, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 105, to Paul Sowell and Candy Alderman, of Palm Coast, for $555,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,977 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $424,500.

TMK and C Capital LLC, of Greensboro, Georgia, sold 700 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 624, to James and Vicki Bowen, of Tavares, for $413,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $493,900.

WSM Holdings LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 35 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 1121, to Paul and Michelle Baertschi, of Rockford, Illinois, for $245,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $600,000.

Nicholas Lalvani, of Florham Park, New Jersey, sold 5 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1411, to William Martin, of Palm Coast, for $216,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $435,500.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 16 Country Club Harbor Circle to Clarence and Helen Forsythe, as trustees, for $364,990. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,795 square feet.

Michael and Melanie Rabs, of Palm Coast, sold 34 Jasmine Drive to Marvin Smith, of Palm Coast, for $434,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,843 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $426,300.

Lehigh Woods

Beth and John Fesco, of Palm Coast, sold 95 Ryecliffe Drive to Kathleen Blandeburgo, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $197,300.

Sergey Gusev sold 19 Raintree Circle to Avraham and Dorit Langer, and Angela Langer, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,769 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $202,200.

Kathleen Blandeburgo sold 38 Langdon Drive to Alice Thurmond, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,288 square feet.
