The top real estate transaction for the week of July 20-26 is in Sugar Mill Plantation. Property Trust LLC, of Lake Mary, sold 34 Sugar Mill Lane to Donald and Holly Lentz, of Flagler Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,004 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $416,000.

Condos

Robert Yahn and Peter Kreinheder, of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 231, to Christian and Kristin Birkedal, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $649,000.

Kathleen Rooney, of Center Harbor, New Jersey, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 202, to Steven and Monica French, of Palm Coast, for $299,900. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,455 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $277,000.

Kevin and Karen Varney, of West Palm Beach, sold 26 Ocean Palm Villas N. to James and Jennifer Blumenfeld, Eugene Smith Jr. and James Schnaak, of Flagler Beach, for $177,000. Built in 2011, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $149,000.
