The top seller for the week of August 17-23 is a house in Whispering Oaks. Gene and Gail Benton, of Dunnellon, sold 6 Weldon Way to Dustin and Monica Derickson, of Palm Coast, for $700,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a boat house, boat dock and 2,358 square feet.

Condos

Charles and Marianne Claysmith, of St. Augustine, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 611, to Paul and Laurie Baranowski, of Jacksonville, for $355,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,398 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $293,000.

John and Sharon Skender, of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, sold 115 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2133, to Carol Graff, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $514,900.

George and Ruth Morrison, of Naples, Maryland, sold 11 Magnolia Drive S., Unit 11, to Edward Nicholson, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $87,500.

Wayne and Joan Hatch sold 11 Village Circle, Unit 11, to Fred and Dhalma Azua, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $180,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 8 President Lane to Joan Lucansky, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,663 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $140,000.

Anne and Louise Kayser, Christine LeMaire and Charles Kayser sold 19 Milwaukee Ave. to Nicole Nagle, and Nancy and Thomas Nagle, of Palm Coast, for $89,500. Built in 1985, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,438 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $136,000.

Cypress Knoll

Manatee Holdings LLC, of Eagle River, Wisconsin, sold 28 Eagle Crest Path to Trevor and Pamela Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $289,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,348 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $200,000.

Hidden Lakes

Paytas Homes Inc., of Port Orange, sold 15 Arena Lake Drive to Richard Ho and Betty Lau, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,845 square feet.

Indian Trails

Steven and Hope Branham, of Milton, sold 109 Bird of Paradise Drive to Albert Frohlich Jr., of Harrison, New York, for $302,000. Built in 2011, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,593 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $209,000.

Bradley and Svetlana Downum, of Plano, Texas, sold 51 Barrister Lane to Donald and Danna Burt, of Palm Coast, for $214,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,096 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $227,900.

Lehigh Woods

Fernando and Eliana Tavares, of Palm Coast, sold 55 Rollins Lane to Gerald and Linda Nicholas, of Palm Coast, for $327,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,788 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $275,000.

Everlast Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 19 Rancher Place to David and Susan Sarette, and James Sarette, of Palm Coast, for $224,900. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,853 square feet.

William and Pamela Ferguson sold 1850 Lake Disston Drive to Devin and Lillian Romero, of Bunnell, for $265.000. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock and 2,074 square feet.

Ray DeWitt and Donna Paine-DeWitt, of Palm Coast, sold 49 Powder Horn Drive to Corey and Jodie Shugart, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,406 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $140,000.

Timothy and Sherri Haight, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Unison Court to Jill Poolman, of Ormond Beach, for $173,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $105,000.

Woodlands

Lindsay Tietje, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Bay Spring Place to Alexander A. Dobrian and Alexander Dobrian, of West Orange, New Jersey, for $155,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,497 square feet. It sold in April for $115,000.
