An oceanfront house was the top seller for the week of July 13-19 in Flagler County. Tallie Linse and Lori Infantino, individually and as trustees, sold 3365 Ocean Shore Blvd. N. to Kim Simpson, as trustee, for $725,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,128 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $463,800.

Condos

Christopher and Donna Otto, individually and as trustees, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 408, to Waclaw Blaszko, individually and as trustee, for $380,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1 million.

Robert and Marianne Tomei, of Manhassett, New York, sold 45 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1946, to Myles and Dina Campbell, of The Villages, for $300,500. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,007 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $548,900.

Christopher and Maria McDermott, of Woodbury, New York, sold 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 943, to Arlin and Beverly Owen, of Acworth, Georgia, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $299,900.

Bohdan and Ida Hawryluk, of Palm Coast, sold 310 Palm Coast Parkway N.E., Unit 104, to Michael Kurowski, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1975, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $110,000.

Kjell Hegland sold 52 Club House Drive, Unit 106, to Lorraine Paiella, of Palm Coast, for $102,500. Built in 1977, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,127 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $55,000.

Grand Haven

Bryant Logan, of Alexandria, Virginia, sold 4 Riverbend Drive to Mark and Marcia Thornally, of Lake Worth, for $359,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,252 square feet.

Michael and Shari Snider, of Yukon, Canada, sold 62 Brunett Lane to Anthony Arnold and Kathleen Randall, of Palm Coast, for $202,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,164 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $236,000.

Kimberly Wolfe, of Melbourne, sold 53 Beachway Drive to Anna Iv, of Palm Coast, for $179,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,274 square feet.

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Joseph and Jane Donoghue, of Palm Coast, sold 40 San Carlos Drive to Brian and Kathleen Beirne, of Palm Coast, for $282,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,909 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $325,000.

Sergey and Marianna Gorshelev, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Randolph Drive to Melissa Sereika, of Garrison, New York, for $205,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,636 square feet.

George and Ying Ryan, of Santa Anna, California, sold 24 Regency Drive to Steven and Laurie Correale, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $225,000.

Ocean Hammock

Edward and Angela Boscaino, of Colts Neck, New Jersey, sold 3 Cypresswood Drive N. to David and Sandra Birkmeyer, of Palm Coast, for $525,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,200 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $625,000.

Palm Harbor

Mitchell Lindsey, individually and as trustee, sold 33 Clearview Court N. to Gregory and Jessica Callery, of Palm Coast, for $435,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock, boat house and 2,713 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $327,000.

John and Jean Slaga, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Crossbow Court to John and Florfil Regan, of Palm Coast, for $360,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, boat dock and 2,693 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $480,000.

Lisa Ditillo sold 4 Floyd Court to John and Christine Zappas, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,369 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $340,000.

Pine Grove

Flagler County Holdings LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Pinto Lane to Donald Scoggins, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,079 square feet.

June Bellini, of Pompton Plains, New Jersey, sold 80 Providence Lane to Allen Pontorno, of Palm Coast, for $122,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $159,900.

Pine Lakes

Diana Mariano, as trustee, sold 7 Lago Vista Place to Gianmarco and Eliane Sala, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $104,500.

Lera Samuels, individually and as trustee, sold 13 Wainwood Place to John Stumpo, of Palm Coast, for $159,900. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,522 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 1 Zebrawood Court to Frank and Susan Gabriel, of Palm Coast, for $226,480. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,010 square feet.

William and Janie Mcfarland, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Kalamazoo Trail to Laura and Todd Sloan, of Palm Coast, for $194,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,255 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $181,000.

Richard and Joan Eicher, individually and as trustees, sold 6 Longview Way N. to John and Michelle Satterfield, of Palm Coast, for $565,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,657 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $660,000.
