The top seller for the week of May 11-17 was a house on the beachside. Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Missouri, sold 1 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to James and Judith Robb, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $860,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator, fireplace, swimming pool and 5,162 square feet.

Condos

Comad LLC, of Redington Shores, sold 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 144, to Richard and Kari Beckman, of Canton, Georgia, for $380,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $646,100.

Kenneth and Liselotte McKenzie, of Atlanta, sold 55 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 932, to Moises and Rosa Huntt, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $475,000.

Richard Ho and Lili Miles, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1405, to William and Sharon Rhodes, of Leonardtown, Maryland, for $333,900. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $540,000.

Landon Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 32 Hidden Treasure Drive to Mark and Sharon Simmons, of St. Johns, for $359,990. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,793 square feet.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, individually and as trustees, sold 25 Peyton Place to David Connors and Athena Pandolas, of South Daytona, for $192,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,847 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $245,000.

Dream Finders Home LLC, of Orange Park, sold 102 N. Starling Drive to Steven and Lori Plump, of Crystal Lake, Illinois, for $267,279. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,475 square feet.

Everlast Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 25 Ballard Lane to Andrew and Maria Ruiz, of Palm Coast, for $279,900. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,482 square feet.

Benton Pitts and Ashley Barnhill, of Palm Coast, sold 134 Bellaire Drive to Richard Seitz, of Palm Coast, for $188,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,780 square feet.

Catherine Seaman sold 310 Beachway Drive to Mary Hultay, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $172,000.
