A house with 4,884 square feet was the top seller for the week of Dec. 15-21. Victor and Svetlana Adamovich, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Island Estates Parkway to Constance Wolfson, as trustee, for $1,400,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, three half-baths, a swimming pool, fireplace, boat dock, elevator and boat house. It sold in 2011 for $1,150,000.

Palm Coast

Roger and Caroline Miller, of Jacksonville, sold 60 Surfview Drive to Neal and Peggy Shaver, of Palm Coast, for $341,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $438,000.

Charles Pratt sold 1300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1321, to Kathleen McEnaney, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $230,700.

Richard Ziemann Jr., of Palm Coast, sold 14 Broadmore Circle to Keith and Suzanne Ahern, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 950 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $69,000.

Belle Terre

Thomas Demaree and Theresa Dolata, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Bronson Lane to Francisco Marin, of Palm Coast, for $188,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,974 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $125,000.

Lena Morris, of Odessa, sold 15 Presidential Lane to C.I.A. Realty Investments LLC, of Perrineville, New Jersey, for $161,500. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $96,900.

Richard and Jennifer Clines, of Bellevue, Washington, sold 15 Pleasant Lane to Gary Stout Sr., of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,212 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Russell and Wayne Bryant, individually and as trustees, sold 21 Cunningham Lane to Raymond and Michelle Crosby, of Redding, Connecticut, for $375,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,545 square feet.

Gerald and Anne Orange, of Palm Coast, sold 52 Evans Drive to Christopher Jeffries, of Palm Desert, California, for $255,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,565 square feet.

Daytona North

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Atlanta, sold 1920 Lemon St. to Gregory Kuenzig, of Palm Coast, for $40,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $90,500.

Grand Haven

Harold Fletcher and Marsha Roit, of Palm Coast, sold 86 River Trail Drive to Karen and Richard Whitney, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock, boat house and 2,634 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,000,000.

Mary Johnston and John Kligis, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Eastlake Drive to Thomas and Geraldine Devers. of New Britain, Connecticut, for $393,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,907 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Jose Aguiar and Selva Novoa, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Rocking Horse Drive to Peter Bezich and Catherine Devoe, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,034 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $289,900.

Linda and Kevin Sheehan, of The Villages, sold 29 Ryding Lane to Ronda and James Payne, of Palm Coast, for $192,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $181,700.

Catherine and Ryan Mahon, of Palm Coast, sold 81 Rymshaw Drive to Elizabeth Murray, of Palm Coast, for $188,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,326 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $261,800.

Matanzas Woods

Michael and Catherine Prentice, of Sebring, sold 82 London Drive to Ronald and Pam Lagasse, of McKinney, Texas, for $230,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,428 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $152,500.

Ocean Hammock

Jerry and Mary Phillips, of Belleville, Illinois, sold 5 Kingfisher Lane to Gene and Christine Viviano, of Jacksonville, for $615,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,894 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Justin Clark and Alexia Fernandez, of Cocoa Beach, sold 10 Coleridge Court to Allen M. Lynn Johnson, of Lockport, New York, for $405,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 1,989 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $410,000.

James and Penelope Sienko, of Illinois, sold 35 Fairmont Lane to Conrad Schneider, of Palm Coast, for $269,900. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,900 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $329,900.

James Hoffman and Patricia Crafts, individually and as trustees, sold 66 Fountain Gate Lane to Denton and Kathleen Newland, of Marietta, Georgia, for $185,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,579 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $170,000.

Pine Grove

David Burns, Kelly Santana and Erin Burns, of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, sold 8 Penndale Place to Kevin Robbins, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $115,300.

Pine Lakes

Karen Corey, of Lynnwood, Washington, sold 56 Westbury Lane to Sherwin and Stacy Bouma, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,121 square feet.

Vicenta Freitas sold 37 Woodlawn Drive to Andrew Vargas, of Palm Coast, for $212,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,350 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $299,000.

Maurine Hatton, individually and as trustee, sold 9 Walt Place to Charles Bennett, of Palm Coast, for $189,900. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,873 square feet.

Stephen Unger and Patricia Sandritter-Unger, of Coram, New York, sold 6 Westlee Lane to Thomas Dawson, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,719 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $142,000.

St. Johns Development

Noel and Faye Ouellette, of Ormond Beach, sold 2207 County Road 2996 W. to Sean and Heather Johnson, of Bunnell, for $375,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,624 square feet.

The Reserve

5 Hummingbird Circle LLC, of Santa Rosa, California, sold 11 Humming Bird Circle to Diane and Thomas Furst, of Bunnell, for $389,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,647 square feet.

Woodlands

Shirley Burger, of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, sold 54 Blare Castle Drive to Scott and Lisa Akery, of Palm Coast, for $164,900. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $145,000.
