The top transaction for the week of May 18-24 was $712,500. Craig Straky and Pamela Adkin-Straky, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 San Marco Court to Alexander and Abbe Hirschler, of Palm Coast. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,361 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $442,500.

Condos

Atlantic-Coastal Management Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 445, to Cinnamon Sunshine LLC, of Gainesville, for $585,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $823,400.

Sara Chadason, of Reston, Virginia, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit D301, to Douglas McClintock, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,167 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $525,000.

David and Jayne Saray, of Howell, New Jersey, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 204, to Thomas and Mary Fryer, of Walnut Creek, California, for $237,500. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet.

Hobart Paynter, of Palm Coast, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 205, to Michael and Janice Rotella, of Manomet, Massachusetts, for $229,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $220,000.

Filimon and Diane John, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Ebb Tide Drive to Ralph and Diane Yourie, of Palm Coast, for $279,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,856 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 34 Turtle Ridge Drive to Robert and Brenda Johnson, of Flagler Beach, for $257,310. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.

Fuquay

TJ McNitt, of Flagler Beach, sold 1843 Oak Place to Matthew and Anne Schmidt, of Davidsonville, Maryland, for $322,500. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,617 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $246,300.

Grand Haven

Bobby and Janice Davenport, individually and as trustees, sold 102 Lagare St. to David and Teresa Freeman, of Palm Coast, for $585,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,760 square feet.

Jorge Sanchez, of Palm Coast, sold 108 Brittany Lane to Juan Gonzales, of Palm Coast, for $196,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,336 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $173,800.

Krystyna Gos, of Astoria, New York, sold 18 Birchfield Place to Ghais Shakir and Christa Otto, of Palm Coast, for $177,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,763 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $215,000.

Salvio and Quelmedis Rivera, of Mastic, New York, sold 18 Roxboro Drive to Errol Bryan Jr., of East Orange, New Jersey, for $229,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,909 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $276,900.
