A house on the beach was the top seller for the week of March 30 through April 5 in Flagler County. Harvey and Melissa Hunt, of Jacksonville, sold 47 Calle del Sur to Maryann Donohue, as trustee, for $2,350,000. Built in 2008, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, an elevator, swimming pool and 5,067 square feet.

Condos

Gerald and Jacqueline McCoy, of Monroe, New York, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 512, to Lee and Ruth Heffernan, of Peachtree Corners, Georgia, for $1,300,000. Built in 2003, the condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,264 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $1,199,000.

Titus and Emma Rich, of West Palm Beach, sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 1503, to Jacqueline Dunbar, of Willow Springs, Illinois, for $265,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,158 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $350,000.

Jerzy and Ewa Szurmak, of Ontario, sold 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit B325, to Richard Drujon, of Beverly Hills, Florida, for $103,000. Built in 2005, the condo has one bedroom, 1.5 bath and 670 square feet.

Paolo Falduto, of Oceanside, New York, sold 4600 Moody Blvd. E., Unit 6E, to Maria and Rita Gelman, of Old Bridge, New Jersey, for $74,900. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,035 square feet.

F. Christian Koch, individually and as trustee, and Kathleen Koch, of Palm Coast, sold 6917 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Steven and Diane Hyman, of Orange Park, for $1,450,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 4,619 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 95 Park Place Circle to Brian and Tammy House, of Palm Coast, for $235,268. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,089 square feet.

Darrylyn Moraski and Guy Moraski, of Flagler County, sold 500 County Road 135 S. to Jason Morello and Jaime Petrillo, of Bunnell, for $185,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a barn, pole barn and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $64,000.

Fuquay

Donald Glazer and Carolyn Gillon, of Flagler Beach, sold 1944 Palmetto Ave. S. to Philip and Sheila Neumann, of Clear Creek, Indiana, for $505,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,040 square feet.

Grand Haven

Terry Habig, individually and as trustee, sold 222 Willow Oak Way to Crystal Cain, of Pittsburgh, for $662,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,295 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $675,000.

Barry and Patricia Cafarelli, of Palm Coast, sold 124 Willow Oak Way to William and Carol Bexley, of Palm Coast, for $535,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,404 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $382,000.

David Alfin and Tammy McIlravy, individually and as trustees, sold 8 Long Lake Way to Michael and Madeline Bennici, of Palm Coast, for $520,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,618 square feet.

TIGR Consulting LLC, of Millstone Township, New Jersey, sold 16 Sandpiper Court to Elena Vlasenko, of Newton, Massachusetts, for $265,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,277 square feet.

Douglas Weyer, individually and as trustee, sold 16 Hammock Beach Parkway to Silverio and Alice Pereira, of Aldie, Virginia, for $635,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,780 square feet.

Indian Trails

Shirley Colon, of Orlando, sold 4 Bishop Lane to Justin and Brooke Blackburn, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,866 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $144,900.

Island Estates

Gary Owen LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 63 Island Estate Parkway to Jonathan and Kelly Worrall, of Palm Coast, for $1,100,000. Built in 2002, the house has six bedrooms, six baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool, fireplace, boat house, boat dock and 6,968 square feet.

Matanzas Shores

Douglas and Patricia Elliott, of Morrisville, Pennsylvania, sold 14 San Carlos Drive to Stephen and Guadalupe Conway, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $323,000.

Ocean Hammock

Douglas and Betty Parker, of Palm Coast, sold 48 Kingfisher Lane to Scott and Dianna Noecker, of Palm Coast, for $560,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,450 square feet.

Pine Grove

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 23 Patchogue Lane to Luz Camacho, of Palm Coast, for $177,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,006 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $91,000.

Donald and Jaime Cope, of Palm Coast, sold 21 Phoenix Lane to Vickie and David Russell, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,619 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $83,800.

Pine Lakes

Barbara Holden, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 100 Wellwater Drive to Diane and Douglas Malak, and Patricia Malak, of Palm Coast, for $149,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $103,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Slippery Rock Place to Joel and Sandra Ostrowski, of Pittston, Pennsylvania, for $198,399. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet.
