The top seller for the week of May 25-31 was in the Cambria at Hammock Dunes condo. David and Patricia Holveck, of Ambler, Pennsylvania, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 406, to Patricia Rutrough, of Palm Coast, for $1,150,000. Built in 2005, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,283 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,045,000.

Condos

Elizabeth Feeney, of Piermont, New York, sold 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 722, to Robert and Renee Molitor, of Castle Pines, Colorado, for $387,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $456,000.

LeeAnn Acinapura, of Palm Coast, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 480, to YHV Holdings LLC, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $330,000.

James and Kathleen Sutherland, of Fayetteville, Georgia, sold 35 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1131, to Sean and Susan Michel, of Goshen, New York, for $259,500. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $289,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of St. Johns, sold 33 Country Club Harbor Circle to Anthony and Debra Marinco, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet.

Dean Tannenbaum, of Palm Coast, sold 4 S. Waterview Drive to Patricia Bolton, of Palm Coast, for $432,875. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,577 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 609 Elk River Drive to Larry and Hady LaGrotta, of Ormond Beach, for $414,982. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,416 square feet.

Intervest of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 627 Elk River Drive to Craig and Carol Clark, of Collegeville, Pennsylvania, for $351,501. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,157 square feet.

John Buchanan and Kathleen Slevin-Buchanan, of Palm Coast, sold 10 W. Waterside Parkway to Patrick and Andrea Paparelli, of Palm Coast, for $212,500. Built in 2003, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,611 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $171,300.
