A condo on the beach gets more than $1 million

The top seller for the week of August 31 to Sept. 6 was a condo in Hammock Dunes. Stephen McCune, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 603, to Marion and Carol Miller, of Round Rock, Texas, for $1,075,000. Built in 2006, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,690 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $916,500.

Condos

Peter and Susan Reinert, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 140 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1702, to James Green and Gudron Brown, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet.

David and Patricia Fletcher, of St. Augustine, sold 38 Captains Walk, Unit 38, to Raymond and Donna Lind, as trustees, for $350,000. Built in 1989, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,875 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $300,000.

Elizabeth Lennartson, individually and as trustee, sold 71 Village Circle, Unit 71, to Helena Skinner and Aurora Bernardino, of Weymouth, Massachusetts, for $175,000. Built in 1982, the condo has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,850 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $133,500.

Belle Terre

David and Ernestine Boegemann, individually and as trustees, sold 67 Prince Eric Lane to Richard Drujon, of Palm Coast, for $233,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,751 square feet.

George Moody

Carlos Urday and Maria Garcia, of Deerfield Beach, sold 312 7th St. to John and Kimberly Restuccia, of Flagler Beach, for $284,900. Built in 2004, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,432 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $224,000.

Grand Haven

Anthony Riccio and Deneah Bledsoe, of Palm Coast, sold 24 Lakeside Way to John and Gwendolyn Zamecnik, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,045 square feet.

Gerald Feldman, of Littleton, Colorado, sold 26 Village View Drive to Madeleine Thompson, of Palm Coast, for $333,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,033 square feet.

M Weber LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Oasis Circle to Claudio Marinesco and Andrea Ho, of Highland, New York, for $320,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool ad 2,276 square feet.

Harbor Village Marina

Thomas and Harriet Loney, of Cape Coral, sold 353 Harbor Village Point N. to Wesley and Vickie Blumnauer, of Palm Coast, for $840,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, elevator and 3.019 square feet.

Nelia Blakely, of Lithonia, Georgia, Carlene Mitchell, of New Castle, Delaware and Pantaleon Beverly, of Houston, sold 1 Brownstone Lane to Robert and Liliam Britt, of Union, New Jersey, for $207,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool ad 2,107 square feet.

Richard Ippolito, individually and as trustee, sold 179 Boulder Rock Drive to Marquez Jackson, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,987 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $95,000.

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Richard and Sharon Tursi, of Palm Coast, sold 7 San Diego Lane to Kathryn Callaghan, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 1992, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,265 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $265,000.

Lehigh Woods

Yolanda and Terry Gilyard sold 20 Regina Lane to Andrew Burns, of Palm Coast, for $224,500. Built in 2012, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,416 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $162,200.

Matanzas Woods

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, individually and as trustees, sold 8 Linton Place to Ramiro and Maria Santos, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,474 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $303,500.

Not in Subdivision

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 48 Turtle Ridge Drive to Jason and Kristine Maldonado, of Flagler Beach, for $230,480. Built i 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,930 square feet.

April and Anthony Knorr, of Bunnell, sold 905 Deen Road to Jessica Foust and Joseph Lumpkins, of Bunnell, for $150,000. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet.

Pine Grove

Russell and Patricia Dalrymple, of New Tripoli, Pennsylvania, sold 165 Point Pleasant Drive to Candace Stevens, of Palm Coast, for $216,500. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,632 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $168,000.

Palm Harbor

Raymond and Donna Lind, individually and as trustees, sold 20 Cloverdale Court N. to Theodore and Julie Baumgartner, of Palm Coast, for $465,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock, swimming pool and 2,386 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $55,000.

Rachel Aharonovits, of Palm Coast, sold 25 Westcliffe Lane to Joseph Sweeney, of Deltona, for $256,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,914 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $158,900.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Wood Arbor Lane to Ayaris Jimenez and Jessica Carrillo, of Palm Coast, for $180,900. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,210 square feet.

The Reserve

5 Hummingbird Circle LLC sold 7 Deer Park Circle to Marc Schwartz, of Bunnell, for $525,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,960 square feet.
