A house in Armand Beach was the top seller for the week of July 27 through Aug. 2 in Flagler County. Joseph and Laura Deforest, of Lawrence, Kansas, sold 23 Ocean Dune Circle to Michael Mikitarian, as trustee, for $945,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,894 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $800,000.

Condos

Merrick Properties LLC, of Miami, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 232, to Joseph and Susan Lafrentz, of Palm Coast, for $322,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $572,200.

Donald and Teri Margason, of Indianapolis, sold 500 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 525, to Steven Berger, of Palm Coast, for $297,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet.

Robert Cove and Catherine Wood, individually and as trustees, sold 300 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 303, to Collectors and Investors Inc., of Edgewater, for $295,000. Built in 2000, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $204,900.

Wanda Moening, individually and as trustee, sold 82 Veranda Way, Unit 91, to Elaine Franchi, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $166,100.

Patrik Petruska, individually and as trustee, sold 6 Ivey Lane to Anne and Jeannine Fetzer, of Flagler Beach, for $312,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,604 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $450,000.

Joao and Diamantina Da Silva, of Palm Coast, sold 1 N. Park Circle to Roger and Patricia McClelland, of Northborough, Massachusetts, for $507,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,448 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $650,000.

Judith Sack, individually and as trustee, sold 11 Sand Pine Drive to John and Mary Rogers, of Palm Coast, for $498,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,785 square feet.

Alan and Vera Richardson, of Devon, England, sold 19 Lakeside Way to Maureen Goldfarb, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,023 square feet.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Orange Park, sold 143 N. Starling Drive to Peter Bisbano, of Palm Coast, for $249,780. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,909 square feet.

John and Barbara Taylor, individually and as trustee, sold 12 Via Capri to George Davis, as trustee, for $385,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,042 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $285,000.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 4 Birchfield Place to Alfredo and Danielle Mabini, of Palm Coast, for $234,550. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,169 square feet.

Jan and Randi Roernes, of Glen Cove, New York, sold 16 Oak View Circle E. to Marc and Elizabeth Fried, of Solon, Ohio, for $550,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,943 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $410,000.

Palm Harbor

Robert and Elana Leatherman, of Palm Coast, sold 42 Cherokee Court W. to Thomas and Jill Lowndes, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,934 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $290,000.

Franglo Properties Holdings LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Wagon Wheel Place to Dana Majerska, of Passaic, New Jersey, for $270,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,968 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $180,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 40 White Feather Lane to Carlos and Berta Marolo, of Shelton, Connecticut, for $226,598. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Leonora and Michael Kelly, of Palm Coast, sold 53 Westridge Lane to Thomas and Karen Crompton, of Palm Coast, for $221,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,305 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $150,000.
