Flagler County deputies assisted federal authorities in the arrest of William Tobias-Elliott Tinsley and Jocelyn McLaughlin on the afternoon of Friday, Dec. 15, according to a news release by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

Tinsley and McLaughlin, who had active warrants from St. Johns County, were located at 11 Raintree Lane in Palm Coast.

Tinsley had two active warrants for the sale of oxycodone and trafficking in a controlled substance. In addition, Tinsley was charged with possession of methadone. His bond was set at $160,000.

McLaughlin had an active warrant for neglect of a child. Her bond was set at $5,000.

Both subjects were taken to the Flagler County Detention Facility before they were transferred to St. Johns County.
