A house in Plantation Bay was the top seller for the week of Oct. 12-18. FF Florida Land Holdings LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 507 Wingspan Drive to Leon Smith and Mary Prout, of Ormond Beach, for $840,566. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,280 square feet.

 

Condos

Thomas Madison, of Waynesville, North Carolina, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 819, to Paul and Kathy Seefeld, of Jacksonville, for $310,000. Built in 1985, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,722 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $127,500.

 

Richard Larsen and Patricia Dillon, of Ormond Beach, sold 1400 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1425, to Charlene Stockman, of Palm Coast, for $233,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $209,800.

 

Tarramatie and Haymanchoi Misir, of Manitoba, Canada, sold 100 Bella Harbor Court to Warren and Cindy Prater, of Miamisburg, Ohio, for $180,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $324,000.

 

Cypress Knoll

Frank and Katherine George sold 9 Edward Drive to Leonardo and Megan Hylton, of Palm Coast, for $324,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,282 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $319,000.

 

James Hines, of Jacksonville, sold 26 Elder Drive to Linda and Ahmad Hewadpal, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,040 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $170,000.

 

Daytona North

McCain Homes Inc., of Bunnell, sold 5171 Palm Ave. to Robert and Shelly Nichols, of Bunnell, for $210,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,805 square feet.

 

Fuquay

William and Carol Earl, and Marcin Trzeciak, of Boca Raton, sold 1940 Daytona Ave. S. to Douglas and Mandee Seitz, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $220,000.

 

Grand Haven

Luis and Rosemary Garcia, of Buford, Georgia, sold 5 Village View Drive to Sidney and Lisa Lee, of Middletown, Delaware, for $340,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,057 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $265,000.

 

Deirdre Henehan, individually and as trustee, sold 23 Owls Roost Lane to Lorna Bolduc, of Palm Coast, for $259,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,791 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $220,000.

James and Hilda Baucom, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Bassett Lane to Eric and Emily Lore, of New Rochelle, New York, for $290,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,436 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $209,600.

 

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 39 Bruce Lane to Donald Hudson, of Palm Coast, for $148,000. Built in 1991, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,209 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $76,000.

 

Lehigh Woods

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, as trustees, sold 8 Red Birch Lane to Gary and Susan Dyer, of Palm Coast, for $199,900. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths and 2,045 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $225,400.

 

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 111 Randolph Drive to Chad and Stephanie Rozanski, of Palm Coast, for $173,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,061 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $188,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 124 Park Place Circle to David and Kandice Akers, of Palm Coast, for $244,500. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,003 square feet.

 

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 12 Pinwheel Lane to James and Hilda Baucom, of Palm Coast, for $223,030. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,010 square feet.

 

Pine Lakes

Iouri Metelkine, of Staten Island, New York, sold 6 Waystone Place to Brian and Natalie Clem for $248,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,510 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $175,000.

 

Tetyana Delaney and Mohammad Rana, of Bayside, New York, sold 22 Westfalls Lane to Christine Tran, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $233,700.

 

Jaimie and Irena Marks, of Palm Coast, sold 58 White Hall Drive to Nathan Cook and Clarice Pemberton-Cook, of Palm Coast, for $179,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $83,900.

Jennifer Prairie, of Tequesta, sold 2417 Beech Blvd. to Helen Braswell, of Bunnell, for $135,000. Built in 1991, the house has one bedroom, two baths and 1,064 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $60,000.

Richard and Wendy Korenkiewicz, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Avalon Drive to Thomas and Susan Rice, of Indian Head Park, Illinois, for $320,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedroom, two baths, a fireplace and 1,666 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $185,000.
