Meet Jingle, Jake, Flokie and Oreo, this week's featured adoptable pets from the Flagler Humane Society.

Jingle, 2, was found as a stray on Nov. 21 near Princess Place Preserve. Jingle is a sweet and affectionate female who loves getting pets from everyone. She is smart, good with other dogs, enjoys playing in playgroups and seems to be housetrained.

Jake, 5, is a male who is great with everyone he meets, including other dogs. He was transferred to the Flagler County shelter from another shelter that needed help caring for Jake. He is now healthy and neutered, and ready for his forever home.

Flokie, 2, is a male Chow Chow mix who is affectionate, cuddly and great with children, cats and other dogs. Flokie just wants to be a lap dog and give kisses all day. He was surrendered on Jan. 5 because his owner could not afford to care for him.

Oreo, 14, is a female who has been in and out of our shelter since she was a kitten. She is a sweet girl who is good with people and loves treats. Oreo would do best as the only pet in the household.

The Flagler Humane Society is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1 Shelter Drive in Palm Coast.

Adoption fees vary based on the animal, and the shelter has both dogs and cats up for adoption.
