SIDELINES: Wrestlers Mills, Stallings, Laupepa win district titles

THREE WIN DISTRICT WRESTLING TITLES

Three Flagler County high school wrestlers won titles at boys district tournaments Feb. 15-16. Matanzas’ Jordan Mills won the 190-pound title at the District 4-2A tournament at New Smyrna Beach. Flagler Palm Coast’s Toryian Stallings (132 pounds) and Ethan Laupepa (215 pounds) won championships at the District 2-3A tournament at Gainesville Buchholz. 

Mills remained undefeated with a 44-0 record on the season. He decisioned Sawyer VanRider of NSB 4-2 in the final. Stallings improved to 38-2. Laupepa improved to 35-2.
