Top transaction nears $2 million

A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of August 22-28 in the Multiple Listing Service. Saudamini and Indravadan Shah, of Ormond Beach, sold 770 John Anderson Drive to Luis and Marcy Machado, of Ormond Beach, for $1.92 million. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 5,288 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Mehmet and Intsafka Zimmer, of Wind Gap, Pennsylvania, sold 1275 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 307, to R. Marian Weeks, of Marietta, Georgia, for $485,000. Built in 1981, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,013 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $265,000.

Tamala and William Goerl sold 480 Cedar St. to Christopher Bevan, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 5/3 and has a fireplace and 2,869 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $269,000.

Brett and Chelsea Maciver, and Craig Neeb and Nancy Maciver-Neeb, of Tecumseh, Michigan, sold 7 Boxwood Court to Yi and Rachel Lee, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,496 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $188,900.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 406, to Arthur and Mary Sicker, of Ormond Beach, for $334,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,256 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $334,900.

John Edmunds and Oxana Kamneva, of Port Orange, sold 58 Windrift Court to Gary and Sharlyn Clark, of Ormond Beach, for $257,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,183 square feet.

Helen Poulos, of Ormond Beach, sold 671 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 23, to Ann Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $70,800.

Breakaway Trails

David and Patricia Chaffman, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Creek Bluff Way to Ryan and Angela Terry, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 5/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,537 square feet.

Chelsea Place

George Varounis, of Ormond Beach, sold 441 Chelsea Place Ave. to Terry Nightingale, of Ormond Beach, for $399,900. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,766 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $252,000.

Halifax Plantation

Diane Morrow, of Ormond Beach, sold 3791 Carrick Drive to David and Martha Heberlein, as trustees, for $650,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,445 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $450,000.

Ocean Village

JoAnn Rios, of Eustis, sold 106 Cardinal Drive, Unit A, to Advanta IRA Administration LLC, of Largo, and Winsor Park 1014 LLC, of Kennesaw, Georgia, for $176,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 1/1 and has 504 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $77,700.

Ormond Lakes

Patricia Teeters, of Ormond Beach, sold 123 Squirrel Lane to John Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $1 million. Built in 2005, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,549 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $823,600.

The Trails

New Cabot Properties LTC sold 3 Autumnwood Trail to Debra Moulis, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,780 square feet.

Anthony Heighley, of Sanford, sold 26 Soco Trail to 26 Soco LLC, of Boca Raton, for $205,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,722 square feet.

Tomoka Oaks

Robert and Lauren Kellett, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Oakmont Circle to Daniel and Melonie Caldwell, of Ormond Beach, for $407,500. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,190 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $245,000.

Trails South 40

Barbara LeBlanc, of Ormond Beach, sold 110 Horseshoe Trail to Sandra Schiess, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $156,000.

Woodmere

Raymond Hoza Jr. and Ericka Otis, of Ormond Beach, sold 71 Crestwood Circle to Sharon Falter, of Ormond Beach, for $289,900. Built in 1967, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,486 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

The Tropical Oasis LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Sandra Drive to Gregory Daniel and Angela DiMauro, of Ormond Beach, for $740,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 2/2 and has a guest house, swimming pool and 1,809 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $425,000.

Robert Bair, of Ormond Beach, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 8D4, to Dennis and Cathy Gruenewalk, of Deltona, for $512,500. Built in 1984, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,800 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $192,500.

Frederick and Sylvia Quandt sold 16 Sea Swallow Terrace to Aurelio Secchiano and Narcisa Ruiz-Secchiano, of New Rochelle, New York, for $451,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,750 square feet.

Mary Majowski, of Milford, Connecticut, and others sold 39 Plaza Drive to Ralph Barnfield, of Winter Springs, for $350,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,585 square feet.

Donna LaSala, of Ormond Beach, sold 125 Holland Road to Anlise Donofrio, of Middlebury, Connecticut, for $243,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/1 and has 941 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $155,500.

Agnes Boyd, of Lilburn, Georgia, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 903, to Mirtha Martin, and Patrick and Tegen Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,225 square feet.

Ellis Flink, of Land O’ Lakes, sold 18 Seaside Drive to Joshua Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $234,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet.

Donald Gentry, Michael Gentry, William Gentry and Jewell Dinneen, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 River Shore Drive to Aaron and Christina Mayes, of Ormond Beach, for $201,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 756 square feet.
